Delta 100 Program
Available Assistance
Under LHC’s Delta 100 Program, eligible first-time homebuyers will receive up to 100% financing and up to 3% closing cost and prepayment assistance in the form of a 30-year, 2% fixed interest rate loan. The program offers a maximum loan amount of $242,000.
Eligibility Requirements
In order to qualify for the Delta 100 Program, applicants must be first-time homebuyers purchasing single-family housing in the Delta Parishes*. They must be able to contribute 1% of purchase price or $1,500, whichever is less from their own funds. Applicants must have a household income that does not exceed $99,000 (80% AMI), and they must complete a Homebuyer Education course.
Delta Parishes include: Caldwell, Catahoula, Concordia, East Carroll, Franklin, Madison, Morehouse, Pointe Coupee, Richland, Tensas, West Carroll, and Ouachita (excluding Monroe)
