The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver is a trade organization that represents homebuilders, developers, remodelers, architects, mortgage lenders, title companies, subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers in eight metro-area counties. Its mission is to provide members with advocacy, networking opportunities and education in an effort to improve the homebuilding industry in Metro Denver.
Colorado Association of Home BuildersThe Colorado Association of Home Builders (CAHB) is an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders. The trade association advocates for positive legislation and opposes any measures that might impair the ability to deliver housing or unreasonably regulate the home building industry. CAHB also promotes learning opportunities for its members at the local, state, and national level.
Housing & Building Association of Colorado SpringsThe Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs is a private, non-profit 501(C)(6) corporation that represents individuals engaged in all aspects of the building industry. The association promotes policies that allow for the production of safe and affordable housing and enhances the environment for the housing and building industry in El Paso County.

- Are you or your spouse (Co-borrower) eligible veterans? If either of you are eligible veterans, down payments as low as $0 may be available up to the maximum amount your debt-to-income ratio will allow per VA guidelines. While there are no maximum loan amounts, most lenders will go up to $1,000,000 and review higher loan amounts on a case-by-case basis. If not, the FHA down payment is 3.5% up to the maximum FHA lending limit for your county.
