Getting a Home Inspection

A key item on your home buying checklist should be securing a satisfactory home inspection by a certified Ohio home inspector. The inspection provides protection for the home owner; it also protects the FHA mortgage lending institution (Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac). Your home inspection should include a written report based on a detailed inspection of the physical condition of the property.
