FHA Inspectors in IDAHO

Getting a Home Inspection

Idaho's rugged landscape provides a wealth of natural resources which give rise to its major industries. Agriculture is an important industry for Idaho; the state produces about one fourth of the potato crop in the US, and silver mining also plays a significant role in the economy. The appeal of Idaho's wilderness makes tourism the top-ranking industry in the state.

If your interest in Idaho goes beyond a visit and you are planning to buy a home there, make your written offer contingent on an acceptable home inspection by an accredited home inspector. The inspector you select should meet all requirements for home inspectors including compliance with Idaho's code of standards and ethics. A home inspection protects you and the institution providing you the FHA mortgage, and is a detailed physical inspection of the condition of the home. Be sure to request a copy of the written inspection report.
