FHA Inspectors in COLORADO

Getting a Home Inspection

Colorado, home of the Rocky Mountains, has spectacular scenery and world-class skiing, making it a prime tourist destination. Once primarily a mining and agricultural state, the economy of Colorado today is primarily driven by service industries, food manufacturing, and publishing. Coors Brewing Company, Crocs, and Encore (the TV channel) are among the large companies based in Colorado. When buying a home in Colorado, be sure your contract is contingent on a satisfactory home inspection conducted by an accredited home inspector. Check your home inspector's certifications for compliance with Colorado's requirements. Be sure to choose an inspector who specializes in residential homes, and get a copy of the inspection report. The home inspection protects you as the home owner, as well as the mortgage lender (Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac). The home inspection report provides a detailed summary of the physical condition of the home and highlights any concerns that could require major repairs.
